I chose to shoot my photos at school, home, and at a lake. I chose to do photo number 5 on bricks because it shows line and shape. I took photos of line and shape. I took the photos either a few feet away or sometimes from a far distance. I took the photos from all angles. My photos are both horizontal and vertical. The rule of thirds is demonstrated in the photo of the pole with the lights because it is not directly in the center. A photo that is dynamic is the last one of the fence because it slowly guides you through the photo as the lines start off with space and then as you look to the right it gets darker.
Pattern and Texture
My best photo that represents pattern and texture would be the leaf because you can see the details of the leaf very well. If you look closely at it you will get a sense of what the leaf feels like. The distance of the shot was almost six inches away and was taken close up above. My photo is vertical and does follow the rule of thirds because it is not directly centered. My photo is an example of texture because you can imagine what the leaf feels like. An image i feel is over exposed is photo number four because it is too bright all around. An image that is under exposed is photo number five because it is very black in the background. The best image that is properly exposed is the first photo because it has equal amounts of positive and negative values.
